Slow start to today, spent the morning talking to Anastasia which was nice, getting to know a bit more about her, what her childhood was like, absorbing the kind of expression of language only possible face to face, which is nice to do with someone you’ve only previously talked to on the internet. ^^ “Got up” and had a shower, chatted to Jen on the phone for a while. I then went out with Jules and Anastasia to see Dr. Strangelove, a really bizarre movie. This was only after Anastasia had already done lots of work on a Physics project and Chris had come over briefly, picking up my driver’s license so I could send the scan home, which I did tonight… license means credit card, credit card means money. $$$

Went to Jen’s with Anastasia after the movie and after going around a lot of shops in the mall, giving Chris some Gummi bears which was apparently some custom between the two of them. We also went to Barnes & Noble, this really big book store which I had to drag myself out of so that I didn’t flood the store with my drool… I want books! Came back to Anastasia’s, had Chinese for dinner, and then had a rather hilarious thing happen which hasn’t for a while. Anastasia and I were watching a DVD (in the 5-disc player) and Anastasia had fallen asleep using me as a pillow (she keeps a pillow and duvet downstairs so she can do this) and then Elicia came downstairs and “busted” us! I laughed so hard. ^^ Oh yeah… the TV they have is massive, so I’ll be doing a lot of movie watching, I’m thinking. It must be at least 1m on the diagonal.
